Shootvenirs is an online platform that globally connects tourists with local photographers. The travelers can have a guaranteed quality photoshoot from one of our professional photographers located in the visited city. Our photographers are meticulously selected based on a profile that ensures quality in the Shootvenirs Experience. Shootvenirs is always striving for even more greatness, therefore, we provide a broad and diverse range of styles and types of photoshoots. 1. How can I book a Shootvenirs photoshoot?

You just need to follow five simple steps!

2. When should I book my Shootvenirs photoshoot?

Here at Shootvenirs, we’re very flexible with your requests. For your convenience, we recommend booking a month before your photoshoot, so you can organize your travel schedule adequately. Nonetheless, we will do our best to accept bookings even one day prior the photoshoot. (You can imagine us embracing the adrenaline rush of time-pressure!)

3. What are the payment methods?

Our main payment method is Paypal. In Shootvenirs, you only have to make an initial payment that covers all the photoshoot. There are no other fees unless otherwise stated by a Shootvenirs Staff member regarding additional services like extra time. Concerning costs, you can see them in our Pricing tab. Take into account that packages, which include its duration, amount of locations + photos, and pricing, may vary over time. So you’ll need to check our website for future updates. In case you were wondering… pricing does not change according to location, the packages remain constant in every destination.

4. How can I gift a Shootvenirs photoshoot?

We’re glad you’re considering gifting the Shootvenirs Experience! It’s very easy, you just need to click on the Gift Card tab, fill in the blanks by specifying the package selected and other basic information, write a direct message for the receiver, and finally pay via Paypal. 5. Does Shootvenirs offer discounts and how can I become aware of them?

Of course we do! We like to spread some love to our fellow users by benefitting them. In fact, due to your curiousity, we invite you to sign in to our newsletter, where you’ll be notified of special offers and discounts for you and your friends! Let them know, and help us spread the love, too!

6. What if I need to reschedule or change the destination of my photoshoot?

No problem! You just have to send an email to and specify your request and also notify your photographer through the Shootvenirs chat. We’ll be glad to help and change the date or destination of the photoshoot. Please let us know at least 48 hours before the photoshoot.

7. What happens if I cancel my photoshoot?

If you cancel, you have at least 48 hours prior to the photoshoot to get a 90% payment refund. If you cancel or try to get the refund in less than 48 hours prior to the photoshoot, you will not receive any compensation nor credit.

8. How many people can participate in a photoshoot?

Shootvenirs photoshoots have no participant limit. However, if there are more than 10 participants, we highly advise you to book the Free Soul Adventurer or Premium Traveler package. This way, you will all have a greater amount of photos and locations, and you’ll earn more time to organize yourselves. Trust us, you’ll thank us later.

9. What happens if I'm running late to a photoshoot?

Please try to let your photographer know if you’re running late. The tolerance waiting policy is 15 minutes. If you arrive after the tolerance time has expired, any additional waiting time of the photographer will count as photoshoot time. Therefore, you’re fully responsible for your lost photoshoot time.

10. What happens if there are unexpected weather conditions?

Expect the unexpected, sometimes a little rain or snow could capture the perfect photoshoot. In case of extreme conditions that disable the photoshoot, Shootvenirs will postpone the photoshoot based on the photographer’s availability. However, if the reschedule is unfeasible, you will have valid credit to reschedule the selected package anywhere within a 12 months time limit.

11. Can I extend the time during the photoshoot?

As a client, you’re allowed to extend the photoshoot time as long as your photographer is available. An additional 30 minutes cost $90 USD, and an additional hour costs $175 USD. You must notify Shootvenirs about the extra timing in order to pay via Paypal.

12. Should I pay the expenses of my photographer during my Shootvenirs photoshoot?

As a client, you’re required to pay any additional expenses entirely related to the photoshoot, this includes any props or entry fees to temples, museums, zoos, ruins, etc.

13. How is my information protected by Shootvenirs?

Your personal information is stored in our servers with high security standards. You’re protected by our Terms and Conditions. We suggest you take a look at them for more information.

14. Will you share my photos online?

You have rights to your photos, but Shootvenirs is allowed to use the images for branding purposes. Nevertheless, if you don't want your photographs to appear on our website or social media, please send an e-mail to, and we’ll respect your decision.

15. When and how will I receive my photos?

Our photographers upload the final photographs, with the highest quality, on our website within 1-4 business days after the photoshoot. Only you will have access to these high definition images. Take into account that these photos will most likely disappear from the site about thirty days after, so download them and back them up.
